Professional Experience: Since joining the firm in 1989, Mr. De Voe has represented clients in a cross-section of matters in maritime and admiralty law and in litigation including maritime debtor-creditor issues, cargo loss, transportation law, freight recovery, marine insurance, and vessel financing and foreclosure.

Professional Associations: Mr. De Voe is a member of The Association for Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy, the Maritime Law Association of the United States, and The Transportation Club of Seattle.
