Professional Experience:
Mr. DeVoe has been lead counsel or has provided oversight for debt collections through
out the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Puerto Rico,
and Guam and he has represented clients in the collections of money from foreign
entities located outside the United States.
Mr. DeVoe has been lead counsel in arresting vessels and seizing collateral on behalf
of clients in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, California, and Canada.
Mr. DeVoe has represented clients in a cross-section of matters in maritime and
admiralty law and in litigation including maritime debtor-creditor issues, cargo
loss, transportation law, freight recovery, and vessel foreclosure.
Mr. DeVoe represents creditors in bankruptcy cases.
