Professional Experience: Before joining Holmes Weddle & Barcott in 2006, Mr. O’Sullivan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gerald W. Heaney, Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Prior to attending law school, Mr. O’Sullivan worked in the human resources field for employers in the telecommunications and textile industries. Mr. O’Sullivan’s human resources-related experience includes: health and safety compliance, payroll, benefits enrollment and administration, and employee recruiting.

Mr. O’Sullivan practices in the firm’s Seattle office, providing representation in the areas of maritime and admiralty law, insurance defense, employment law, and general civil litigation.

Professional Associations: Mr. O’Sullivan is a member of the Washington State and American Bar Associations.
