Professional Experience: Ms. Haynes associated with the firm in 2010 and oversees the firm's Oregon
and Washington state workers' compensation practices. She served as the Employer Representative on the
Oregon Workers' Compensation Board from 1993 to 2001 and has represented employers and insurers in Oregon
and Washington workers' compensation proceedings at all administrative, trial, and appellate levels for
nearly twenty years. Ms. Haynes frequently appears as guest speaker and paid instructor at industry-sponsored
conferences and continuing education seminars throughout the Northwest.
