Professional Experience: Prior to her move to Oregon in 2009, Ms. Han served as an
intern family law facilitator for the California Superior Court, San Diego County Family Law Department
and held a two year position as a law clerk for a small private firm specializing in family law,
bankruptcy and criminal appeals in the state of California. Since 2009, Ms. Han has served as a legal
assistant/law clerk for Babcock/Haynes, LLP, assisting in that firm's Oregon and Washington workers'
compensation defense practice. She was admitted to the Oregon State Bar and associated with the firm in 2010.

Workers Compensation Section; Oregon Self-Insurers Association; Washington Self-Insurers Association.
Ms. Han is fluent in conversational Korean.
