Professional Experience: Ms. Blomquist joined the Seattle office of Holmes Weddle & Barcott in 2002. Her primary area of practice is admiralty and maritime law, including maritime commercial transactions, finance, and defense of maritime personal injury claims. She also has experience with state and federal administrative law, and various aspects of civil litigation and appellate practice in both state and federal courts.
