Jonathan Burr is an Associate Attorney who concentrates on defending employers in the areas of Workplace Safety, Audits and Workers' Compensation. Jonathan assists employers with citations stemming from the Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act (WISHA) and provides counseling related to Occupational Safety and Health. Jonathan regularly appears before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and Superior Court, assisting companies doing business throughout Washington.
Before entering the legal profession, Jonathan served on active duty in the United States Army as a Military Intelligence Analyst and an Infantry Officer. He completed Officer Candidate School in Georgia, and was involved in Combined Armed Forces missions supporting South Korea.
In his spare time, Jonathan volunteers with the King County Neighborhood Legal Clinic, spends time with his family, or can be spotted doing work around the yard in appropriate safety gear.
